Contact cement bonds to many porous or nonporous materials but mainly for laminates to wood. It is water resistant but not water proof.
Apply thin layer to both part then wait to dry (not sticky to (bring up by) finger) then press both parts togerther.
strength is moderate to high.
Glue is flammable and use in area with adequate ventilation.
